About the event
The Therapeutic Photography Workshop is an experiential mental health space designed to help women explore identity, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves through creative expression. This experience integrates reflection, storytelling, and guided creative practice to support mental wellness in a way that feels engaging, grounded, and meaningful.
This 2-hour experience includes:
• A guided circle reflection focused on identity, self-expression, and mental wellness
• An experiential therapeutic photography session designed to capture authenticity and build confidence
• A supportive, intentional environment led by clinicians and mental health advocates
No prior experience with photography is needed — just come as you are.
